decent accommodation
helpful staff cozy room key practice infantile feeling
the staff was very helpful. our room was cozy and it had everything we needed. it was also very quiet at night. the underground stations were very close.
i had to hand in my key every time i left the hotel. i also needed to collect it providing my name upon return. this.

adequate stay with cleanliness problems
unclean surfaces scaled kettle
I found the cleanliness lacking. the bathroom had hairs, and the kitchen surfaces weren't properly cleaned. the provided kettle was heavily scaled. I didn't use it. these issues affected my experience.

narrow stairs small shower
The location was pretty good. It was near public transport.
My room was on the fourth floor, and there was NO lift. i had to carry my heavy luggage up those narrow stairs. also, the shower was small. It was difficult to move without bumping into something.
